A 2-day course that lays the foundation of Reiki.

Welcome to our foundational Reiki course, where you'll discover the philosophy, history, and practical applications of Reiki healing. Through hands-on exercises and personal guidance, you'll develop the confidence to channel Reiki energy for both self-healing and treating others. Our courses are delivered in a relaxed setting where questions are encouraged and practical experience is emphasized. The course is suitable for both, complete beginners or as a refresher. On the very first day you will already be able to give a short treatment to a fellow student.
