Torsten A. Lange
Reiki Teacher and Director
Torsten is the founder of The Reiki Academy in London, an international speaker and workshop facilitator, and the only Hay House author for Reiki. He has done extensive research into the history and spiritual foundations of Reiki and taught thousands of students worldwide. And, last but not least, he credits Reiki with saving his life and bringing it back on track!
After graduating from Hamburg University, he began his career as an entrepreneur with businesses in Germany and UK, and a wholesale operation in the USA. Due to unforeseen circumstances, when he was in his 30s his business collapsed, and he was made bankrupt, homeless, and on the brink of suicide. This situation lasted for years – but the day Reiki came into his life (and it literally was the very day), it turned for the better.
Amazed and puzzled how an “energy therapy” could bring such change, he decided to explore this further and started his journey of discovering the spirituality behind the Reiki. His research revealed new information about Reiki history in Japan and led him to finding the world’s first independent scientific proof of the different vibrational levels of Reiki.
His book, “Proof of Reiki, Proof of Eternity”, was published in 2021 and “There Is a Way: The Reiki Revolution ” in 2023 where he brings together his degree in Political Sciences with spirituality.
Claire Hall

Reiki came to Claire as ‘Light’ following an eye operation. During the healing process, while deeply relaxed, she made a connection with the Universal energy she now knowns as Reiki. She was conscious and totally awake. She was guided to become aware of the beautiful energy that lies within us, connects and surrounds us. The knowledge that we can connect with and channel this energy to restore our balance and help us release anything that is not serving us, be it physical, emotional, psychological or spiritual, was realized.
Claire feels passionately that compassion, kindness, and connection to one another and to our amazing planet is the most fundamental gift we can give to ourselves and to each other. Reiki is not only a path to healing and nourishing ourselves but also an insight that, once connected with, will guide us on our journey of healing, discovery, and compassion. Claire has her own Reiki practice, Grateful Energy London, and is a qualified life coach and hypnotherapist.
Dr Nooshin Barmania
Reiki Teacher
Nooshin is a hospital doctor in the NHS with extensive clinical experience across many areas of medicine.
She is also a yoga teacher having completed more than 300 hours of yoga teacher training in Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga practices. Nooshin undertook all of her Reiki training at the Reiki Academy, completing Reiki Master Teacher Training in 2022, and since then has used these holistic practices for her own health and wellbeing. Nooshin works in East London.

Anne-Marie is the UK's leading expert in the field of Reiki and public healthcare.
She is

Practicing Reiki for over 20 years, she also works as a Reiki Therapist at St Georges Hospital in Tooting and is part of an research project studying Reiki in clinical settings.
Alexandra de Angelis
Reiki Teacher
Alexandra is a CNHC registered Reiki Master/Teacher, holistic healing practitioner, seasoned intuitive, runekeeper, author, advocate and artist based in west London. Her mission is to help others feel held, heard & whole in a safe, trauma aware environment.
She takes a transpersonal and integrative approach, and weaves psychotherapeutic tools together with esoteric techniques and ancient earth wisdom acquired over nearly 30 years of study and practice. More recently on return from Mount Kurama, she published a new book: Karasu Reiki; The Transformational Healing Power of Crow in Theory and Practice.
After years of hosting events, workshops and collaborations with clients such as Alternatives, Udemy, The Mandrake Hotel, House of Wisdom Studios, Wanderlust, Witches Magazine, Spirit & Destiny Magazine, Otherness and The Kind Festival, she furthers her passion for wellbeing with Independent Advocacy for vulnerable adults.
Olivia Griesser
Reiki Teacher
Apart from beig a Reiki Master, Olivia is a Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer, Psychic and Medium. She has studied and practiced Reiki and Mediumship for several years, attending the Reiki Academy, the College of Psychic Studies, and the Arthur Findley College.
Looking back, she has always been psychic, but suppressed her abilities for several years since she didn't know how to understand and handle them – to the point where she could no longer deny them.
That's when she started looking for a way to make sense of her experiences, and that's when she found Reiki. Reiki was her safe passage into her spiritual development. From there, her journey continued to unfold. Through Reiki she was made aware that she was a psychic medium. Her trance mediumship also first became apparent during a Reiki treatment.
Today she teaches at the Reiki Academy and passes on her knowledge and experience.
With a background in international business and politics, she combines a corporate and scientific background with a spiritual practice and is very aware of how difficult it can be to balance these in life. Hence, she is always interested in exploring the scientific aspects behind spiritual practice and experiences.
Christina Milette
Reiki Teacher
Despite having been in touch with the spiritual realm when she was younger, she only came to Reiki later in life, after many years of longing. The level 1 meditations and attunements revealed her true self; finding her calling and her purpose in those moments, she had returned home.
Christina has trained in both the traditional Reiki Ryoho Japanese and the Western lineages which can be traced directly to Mikao Usui (the founder of Reiki). She is a Master Teacher member of the UK Reiki Federation and registered as a Professional Reiki Practitioner with the CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council).
Reiki has been such a blessing, and she looks forward to sharing this beautiful healing with you. Christina currently runs her own practice and volunteers with the Olive Tree cancer charity where clients have spoken about the immense benefits they have received from Reiki sessions. The Reiki spiritual path can be truly transformative, and she looks forward to meeting you along the way.
